Order Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking: We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package on our website or on the courier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to international addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages: We take great care to ensure that all packages are packed securely and shipped safely.
